Chairs for tables
You or your caterer may bring your own tablecloths if you have a preferred color.

BYO beer or wine; can be sold on-site by event; no kegs

Music over speakers available
Up to 4 large programmable TVs for slideshows, presentations, or videos

We do not have our own catering services but can make recommendations based on your event’s needs.
If would prefer to bring/prepare your own food, we have a kitchenette you can use to prepare things and a fridge in which you can store food items. They are not Kosher/Hillel certified.
We do not offer flower arrangements, but can recommend these local vendors:
- Flowers on the Avenue
You can decorate the rental space to your liking, as long as it adheres to fire code and does not damage museum property.
You can also decorate the lobby of the museum to a limited extent.
Renters are expected to take out all trash and remove all decorations when the event is done.
According to state regulations, event holders may bring their own wine, beer, or alcoholic cider for consumption or sale at the event, but cannot have kegs or hard liquor.
